Steak Salad (Salat mit Rinderfiletstreifen) |

Ingredients:
This is what you need for 4 people:
2/3 pound beef filet (sirloin, top round)
1/2 seedless cucumber
1/2 head of redleaf lettuce
1/2 head of greenleaf lettuce
1 head of romaine lettuce
12 cherry tomatoes
2 tablespoons rapeseed oil (or canola oil)
pepper
salt
For the dressing:
4 tablespoons rapeseed oil (canola oil)
3 tablespoon raspberry vinegar
4 tablespoons water
2 teaspoons mustard, medium
1 tablespoon honey pepper salt
Preparation:
And this is how you get ready:
1. Cut the steak into thin strips.
2. Wash the cucumber and cut it into thin slices.
3. Clean, wash and dry the lettuce and tear it into bite-size pieces.
4. Wash and cut the tomatoes.
5. Combine the ingredients for the dressing.
6. Season with salt and pepper.
And this is how you make it:
1. Heat the rapeseed oil in a pan.
2. Brown the steak strips for about 3 minutes.
3. Season with salt and pepper.
4. Divide the lettuce evenly among 4 plates or bowls, add the beef strips and the cherry tomatoes.
5. Drizzle with the dressing. Serve with baguette.
