To start things off, we've gathered a number of German recipes that are easy to make on your own or as part of a class project.

The challenge to you, however, is to become your own TV Chef. Create your own German food dish -- good enough to win in any competition -- and then record your own cooking demonstration for possible display on MyGermanFoods.org.
