Gnocchi with Little Pork Meatballs in Tomato Sauce |

Ingredients:
This is what you need for 4 people:
14 oz. ground pork
2 tomatoes
1 onion
2 tablespoon rapeseed oil (or canola oil)
1 can stewed tomatoes (1 pound)
1 cup vegetable broth
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon paprika
mild pepper
salt
1-2 packages ready-made gnocchi
1 tablespoon grated cheese
Preparation:
And this is how you get ready:
1. Shape the ground pork into small meatballs.
2. Wash the tomatoes and cut them into dices.
3. Peel and finely dice the onion.
And this is how you make it:
1. In a saucepan heat the rapeseed oil.
2. SautŽ the onions, add the diced tomatoes and sautŽ for about 4 minutes.
3. Add the canned tomatoes and the vegetable broth.
4. Season to taste with oregano, paprika, pepper and salt.
5. Let the sauce simmer 15 minutes over medium heat.
6. Add the pork meatballs and let everything simmer another 10 minutes.
7. Cook the gnocchi according to the instructions on the package, place them in a large serving bowl and serve with the meatball sauce and cheese.
